Today is the first task is to lift out the pressure chamber to install the rig. Our slings and block are ready and, barring any surprises, we’re hopeful this will come out without too much difficulty . We are uncertain how much the pressure chamber will weigh but estimate it will be between 70- 100kg.
The cast iron lifts and the new rig is in place. Next question will it work?
The pump turns on and starts first time, a testament to how rugged these HRPs can be. The pump is now going and, as the light is fading, we agree to start harvesting data tomorrow.
